How it Works
QuickBase Audit Trail is a combination of a QuickBase Application, creation of QuickBase Email Notifications and the use of SendToQuickBase. Using the instructions below, you create Email Notifications for any table you wish to track changes. You setup SendToQuickBase to automatically save these Notification Emails. Then whenever anyone adds, modifies or deletes a record, QuickBase sends out an Email Notification, and SendToQuickBase automatically saves that information into the Audit Trail Application.
Before You Get Started
You must have a copy of the QuickBase Audit Trail Application. If a copy has not been transfered to your QuickBase account, contact sales to obtain a copy.
